What we have seen over the last months, people don´t talk about mental illness and mental health, because there is still a stigma around these topics. Some feel guilt, but they don`t have to; we see it like this: these feelings are misplaced, because mental health issues can afflict anyone, regardless of race or background. So we asked ourselves: What is the best way to spread Mental health awareness ? – First, and most important thing: Talk about it. Always be ready to listen and encourage. Never judge. A quote ,that have helped me in difficult times, is this one: If you have the courage to make it through a lonely night with nothing but your self destructive thoughts to keep you company, darling, you have the courage to make it through anything.
What advice i`d like to give you, if you are struggling with your mental health: - You don`t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.
At the End I want to recommend you two Websites, which are dedicated to Mental Health, and where you can find resources, if you or a loved one needs help : https://www.changedirection.org & https://themighty.com/
Much love and blessings
